Angela started out in healthcare, working as a nurse and manager, before deciding to become a lawyer. During law school, she clerked for the Washington Attorney General's Office, in the Health Sciences Division. She was a research assistant to two professors and on the board of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.  She began her legal career at Morrow Kidman & Tinker in 2006, and came to Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in 2009.


Results


  • $1,500,000 settlement for the family of a father of two whose gastroenterologist negligently failed to detect colon cancer during colonoscopy.
     
  • $1,250,000 settlement for a 36-year-old man partially paralyzed following an epidural steroid injection.
     
  • $1,000,000 settlement for a man with late-diagnosed colon cancer, whose family practice doctor failed to refer following classic symptoms for colon malignancy.
     
  • $750,000 settlement for the estate of a 35-year-old woman who received negligent nursing care and medical attention following surgery.
     
  • $500,000 settlement for a mechanic who suffered permanent disabling nerve damage due to an undiagnosed epidural hematoma following back surgery.
