Jim Hailey

Jim Hailey

Catastrophic Injuries | Serious Accidents | Workers Compensation

Jim Hailey has been a successful litigator for over 30 years, with a particular interest in representing people injured at work. He has handled hundreds of hearings, arbitrations, and trials. His broad litigation experience extends across almost every aspect of personal injury litigation.  Whether the result was a multi-million dollar settlement or a hard fought victory at trial, Jim brings a thoughtful and committed approach to every case he handles.  In addition to handling the most serious personal injury cases, often cases involving spinal or brain injury, Jim also has a passion for helping Washington workers who have been denied their rightful workers compensation benefits.  Unlike firms that handle high volume of workers compensation claims, Jim limits his workers compensation practice to the most serious disability claims.  He uses trial skills developed in decades of hotly-contested major personal injury litigation to give his clients the best chance to win the benefits they deserve.

Jim joined Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in 1977 because he believed it was the finest trial firm in the Northwest and one of the finest in the nation. He is proud to be part of its ongoing tradition. Jim carries the highest rating, “AV”, for attorneys from the nationally respected Martindale-Hubble service.  He also has received the Public Justice Award from the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association).
