In her time at SGB, Kathy has taken local and state agencies, corporations and private businesses in seeking justice for the people she represents. She has obtained millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for her clients, including $14 million for a group of workers deprived of lawful wages which case went on to be argued before and affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court. She has been named a Washington Super Lawyer.
