Lindsay has obtained significant settlements for victims of sexual assault and harassment; workers who have faced discrimination based on age, gender, disability, and sexual orientation; and individuals who have suffered from medical mistakes and other serious injuries.
In one example, the State of Washington recently hired Lindsay as part of a team of SGB attorneys to defend a challenge to the state's minimum wage increase for 2011. The team's success ensured that thousands of workers across the state would get the wage increase the deserve.
