Marty Garfinkel is a member of the firm's employment law practice group. Since 1981, he has focused his litigation practice in the areas of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, union representation, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and employment law class actions. Marty joined Schroeter Goldmark & Bender in January, 2000. Before that, he had been a partner in the Seattle firm of Rosen Freed Garfinkel & Roberts where he represented employees and unions in a wide range of employment matters. Before moving to Seattle, Marty practiced labor and employment law in New York City from 1982 until 1990. His years of experience in the employment and labor law field ensure that his clients will receive effective representation.
