Who is a member of the proposed class?
On April 2, 2010, the court certified a settlement class including all employees who worked for ADT in Washington State as a service technician, residential installer or installation technician, commercial installer or installation technician, or similar job classification at any time between November 2004 and October 31, 2007 who was assigned a vehicle to take home at night and who was subject to unpaid travel time.
What is the current status of the case?
The court granted approval to a settlement on June 18, 2010. Checks should be sent to settlement class members by early August 2010.
