RADONOVICH V. AMERITITLE, INC., ESCROW FEE CLASS ACTION

SGB, along with co-counsel Guy Beckett and Rob Williamson, has filed a class action lawsuit in alleging that Amerititle, Inc. breached its contract with borrowers and violated the Washington Consumer Protection Act by charging borrowers unnecessary or excessive fees during the escrow process, including reconveyance, recording, and document retrieval fees.
