KAZMAN V. LAND TITLE CO. ESCROW FEE CLASS ACTION

SGB, along with co-counsel Guy Beckett and Rob Williamson, has filed a class action lawsuit in alleging that Land Title Co. breached it's contract with borrowers and violated the Washington Consumer Protection Act by charging borrowers unnecessary or excessive fees during the escrow process, including reconveyance, express mail, and courier fees.
