CRIMINAL DEFENSE:
SERIOUS CRIMINAL CHARGES
People in all walks of life can find themselves suspected or accused of criminal activity. The Criminal Defense attorneys at SGB have consistently been successful in defending the rights of individuals who are being investigated for serious crimes ranging from murder to theft to drug related crimes. Jeffery Robinson has been involved in numerous cases involving different kinds of forensic evidence, including the use of DNA technologies to examine crime scene evidence. Colette Tvedt is well versed in the most up-to-date studies regarding eyewitness evidence, and is a graduate of the Reid School of Interrogation where she learned police interrogation methods commonly used all over America. This training in the “Reid Method” has given her significant expertise in evaluating interrogation techniques to determine whether a confession is coerced and false or valid.
